Talkpool carries out a directed issue of shares corresponding to SEK 5.0 million and payment is made by way of offsetting
Talkpool issues new shares corresponding to SEK 5,002,016 directed to Gerhard Dal, Modelio Equity AB and Tobias Schön. Payment is made by way of offsetting.
The subscription price in the directed issue is SEK 32.00 per share. The closing price on 23 November was SEK 31.80 and the 10-day volume-weighted average price starting on 23 November 2017 amounts to SEK 35.00.
After registration of the directed issue, Talkpool's share capital amounts to a total of CHF 243,594 divided into 4,871,877 shares, each share with a quota value of CHF 0.05.
The issue is directed as follows:
Gerhard Dal - 62 521 shares
Modelio Equity AB - 62 521 shares
Tobias Schön – 31 271 shares
