Talkpool closing the Nordic IoT Network deal with Netmore

Talkpool AB has today, March 4, finalized the selling of all shares in Nordic IoT Networks AB to Netmore group AB. The collaboration with Netmore ensures a nationwide IoT network that enables large-scale roll-out of new solutions related to moisture, water damage and radon for customers in the insurance and real estate industry.

The deal is valued to at least SEK 7.5 million plus a future success bonus.
