Talkpool invites its shareholders to attend its Q3 report and information meeting

Invitation to Talkpool’s first shareholder’s call with intention to improve investor relations by offering more transparency while informing about main events and plans

Talkpool AG invites its shareholders to attend a meeting on Wednesday the 18th of November at 14:00 o’clock Central European Time (Stockholm, Zürich). The meeting will be held remotely by videolink and is expected to take approximately one hour.

Agenda

  1. Welcome and introduction (by Chairman)

  2. Presentation of third quarter results (by CEO)

  3. Presentation of strategic digitisation shift and financing status

  4. Questions and answers (if possible, please submit questions when registering to event)

Registration
Participators shall sign up by sending an email to gw@talkpool.com latest by Monday the 16th of November. Please mention your name as well as number of shares. Ideally shareholders shall also attach a proof of shareholding in TALK to the registration email. A videolink will be sent to admitted participants. Maximum 250 participants can join the call on a first come basis. Non-shareholders can participate only on special invite from Talkpool.
