Talkpool sells its network services company in Uganda
Talkpool has today signed an agreement to sell, and Marsk Tech Ltd has signed the same agreement to buy Talkpool Network Services Limited in Uganda on "as is" terms for the small amount of 50'000 Uganda shilling.
The Sales Purchase Agreement is effective from 1st of January 2020 based on the audited financial statements of the 2019 calendar year. The 31st of August 2020 is completion date and the parties agree on th 30th of September 2020 as long stop date for notarial deed of share transfer and other remaining requirements after signing.
This transaction allows Talkpool to focus on digitisation in its key markets in Europe and Middle East, Marsk Tech can grow network services business in its key eastern African markets and the employees of Talkpool Network Services Uganda Ltd gain a perspective to continue working and developing skills.
