Talkpool signs agreement with Profi Fastigheter

Talkpool has signed an agreement with Swedish real estate company Profi Fastigheter for the delivery of solutions for connecting smart properties and the services energy optimization, submetering and billing together with associated sensors and systems. Work is currently ongoing to connect about twenty of the company's properties in Stockholm and Gothenburg.

Profi Fastigheter conducts active management and development of commercial properties with a focus on Greater Stockholm and Gothenburg. The portfolio comprises approximately 500,000 sq.m. of premises and an additional 300,000 sq.m. under development.
