Talkpool wins global frame agreement with Digicel Group
After more than 11 years of close collaboration between Digicel Haiti and Talkpool, Digicel is now expanding its relationship with Talkpool by signing a 10-year global framework agreement between Digicel Group and Talkpool AG for the delivery of telecom network operation and maintenance services to all of Digicel's 33 markets throughout world.
Digicel has until now had a decentralized structure with multiple suppliers providing operation and maintenance services in various markets but wishes to centralize and consolidate its supplier base to drive efficiencies and benefit from economies of scale.
Digicel was looking to engage a specialist Supplier to supply and manage the provision of services in relation to the site maintenance, operation and maintenance and takeover operations from any incumbent suppliers of site maintenance services and Talkpool has proven to Digicel that it has the expertise, experience, capacity and capability to provide the site maintenance services required by Digicel.
