TargetEveryone announces departure of CEO

Oslo, Norway – (July 5th, 2019) TargetEveryone today announces that Torkel Johannessen has informed the company that he is resigning from his position as chief executive officer to pursue other career opportunities. In agreement with the board, the departure will be effective as of August 1st, 2019. Hosni Teque-Omeirat, who was elected member of the board at the Annual General Meeting in May, will assume the position as interim CEO. In agreement with the board, Torkel will remain in his position until Hosni takes over from August 1st. The board has initiated a search process for a new permanent CEO of the company.
