Song Networks Holding AB’s (Stockholmsbörsen stock exchange: SONW) Swedish subsidiary Song Networks Svenska AB has entered into larger agreements with two new customers to supply data and telecommunications at an order value of SEK 16.8 million. In addition, DHL, Scribona and Medborgarskolan have chosen to renew and extend their existing agreements, at an order value of approximately SEK 53.3 million. All the agreements will run for between 18 and 36 months.

"It is naturally extremely pleasing to conclude several new deals before the summer break. The fact that existing customers are extending and expanding their agreements is proof in my opinion that we have succeeded in living up to our customers’ stringent demands for quality and operational reliability," says Mats Almgren, Sales and Marketing Director at Song Networks in Sweden. New customers within data and telecommunication Of the total order value of SEK 16.8 million for the two new customers, telephony is responsible for SEK 12.3 million over 2 years and data communications for SEK 4.5 million over 3 years. DHL, Scribona and Medborgarskolan extend their agreements The Nordic region’s leading transport and logistics company DHL, an existing customer of Song Networks in Sweden, Norway and Denmark for national and international telephony, is renewing and extending its agreement so that it will also apply to international telephony to and from Finland. The agreement will run for 2 years at a total value of around SEK 40 million. Scribona, currently a Nordic IP VPN customer of Song Networks, is extending its agreement and expanding the solution so that it will also apply to hosting services. Scribona is placing business-critical servers in Songs Networks’ data center for optimum operational reliability. The agreement extends over 18 months at a value of around SEK 8 million. Medborgarskolan has also elected to continue with Song Networks as the supplier of its data communications, where the workstations are connected with fixed access to the IP VPN solution. In addition to access to shared systems and connection to the Internet, the solution also provides the conditions for Medborgarskolan to start using IP telephony, which is the next strategic step in the development of its infrastructure. The agreement will run for 3 years at a value of around SEK 5.3 million.
