Team Olivia acquires Søbæksskolen in Denmark
Team Olivia has acquired Søbæksskolen ApS and Opholds- og Bostederne Søbæksskolen ApS (Søbæk) with activities covering treatment, care and school.
Søbæk has its headquarters in Holbäck, Zealand, with operations in treatment, care and school activities through a number of locations in Northwest Zealand. The activities are primarily aimed to support vulnerable children and young people who need a comprehensive approach and an integrated solution for housing treatment and strengthened support for schooling.
The acquisition does not involve any changes for business, management or personnel.
