Sale of shares in Fingerprint Cards AB (publ)

Technoimagia Sweden AB hereby announces that the company May 11th, 2007 has sold 1 168 000 B-shares in Fingerprint Cards AB (publ).

After the transfer of the shares, Technoimagia Sweden AB does not own any B-shares but 300 000 A-shares representing 2.47 per cent of the share capital and 20.2 per cent of the votes.

Secure Design K.K. has the same majority owner as the Japanese company Technoimagia Co Ltd. which owns all issued shares in Technoimagia Sweden AB. Secure Design K.K. owns 0.08 per cent of the share capital in Fingerprint Cards AB and 0.07 per cent of the votes.

Thus the companies aggregate shares, capital and votes, in Fingerprint Cards AB will be 2.55 per cent of the capital and 20.27 per cent of the votes.
