AGREEMENT WITH TELENOR

Nordialog Oslo AS, a subsidiary of Techstep ASA (“Techstep”), has as of 8 December 2017 entered into distributor agreement with Telenor Norge AS (“Telenor”), regarding sale of Telenor business-to-business products in Norway. The agreement replaces a similar agreement which Nordialog Oslo previously has had through its franchisor, Kjedehuset AS. The agreement provides TECH with more direct ability to control and optimize commission and bonuses from Telenor, which is likely to improve TECHs operating margins going forward.

This agreement with Telenor is the first step in an ongoing process where TECH is optimizing its supply chain to take advantage of TECHs increased size and product & solution offering.
