TECH – FLAGGING AND NOTIFICATION OF MANDATORY TRADE

Cipriano AS, a company wholly-owned by Einar J. Greve, chairman of the board of Techstep ASA (“TECH”), has today acquired 1 000 000 shares in TECH at a share price of NOK 4.065 per share, and will thereafter hold 4,651,375 shares in TECH, representing 3.2% of the shares and the votes in TECH. In addition, Cipriano AS has, as previously announced, the right to acquire 3,000,000 Techstep shares from Zono Holding AS. Given exercise of the options Cipriano AS will hold 7 651 375 shares, representing 5.2% of the shares and votes in in TECH.
