TECHSTEP ASA – NOTIFIABLE TRADING OF PRIMARY INSIDER

Reference is made to the previous announcement as of today relating to the transfer by Palos Norge AS (“Palos”) to its shareholders of 7,544,444 shares (the “Transfer”) in the Techstep ASA (the “Company”).

As part of the Transfer, 1,287,245 shares in the Company were transferred today from Palos to Idekapital AS, a company controlled by Anders Brandt, member of the board of directors of the Company, at a price of NOK 3.08 per share.

Following said transfer from Palos to Idekapital AS, Anders Brandt holds (through Idekapital AS) 1,287,245 shares in the Company, corresponding to 0.88% of the total number of issued shares in the Company.

This notification is given pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
