TECHSTEP ASA – NOTIFICATION OF MANDATORY TRADE

Middelborg Invest AS, a company wholly-owned by Kristian G. Lundkvist (through Middelborg AS), member of the board of directors of Techstep ASA (“TECH”), has today acquired 1 000 000 shares in TECH at a share price of NOK 4.065 per share, and will thereafter hold 27,402,421 shares in TECH, representing 18.7% of the shares and the votes in TECH.

This notification is made with reference to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
