Techstep ASA (TECH) has today published a company presentation illustrating the Techstep business in formation in connection with the completed acquisition of 24% of the shares in Teki Solution AS, and the acquisition of additional 54% of the shares in Teki Solution AS, which is subject to EGM approval the 4th of November.
