TECHSTEP TO PROVIDE MOBILE SOLUTIONS TO THE NORWEGIAN HEALTH SECTOR
Techstep has won an important framework agreement with Sykehusinnkjøp HF, the national procurement agency for the Norwegian specialist healthcare service. Under the agreement, Techstep will provide a comprehensive mobile solution comprising mobile phones and tablets, operational support, as well as emergency preparedness to ensure consistent uptime for employees in all four public health regions in Norway. In addition, the agreement includes the possibility of complete setup of relevant software for mobile devices.

Techstep has been awarded the contract after a tender offering and it is expected to be signed shortly after the closing date for submission of complaints, due 4 January 2019. Delivery is expected shortly thereafter. Techstep’s competence and ability to drive digital transformation was key in winning the contract.
Total potential contract value is estimated to NOK 60 million excluding options, with revenue effect expected from 2019. The contract duration is two years plus options for an additional two years with annual renewal.
