Techstep has won a framework agreement with Difi, the Norwegian government’s Agency for public management and eGovernment. Under the agreement, Techstep will provide mobile solutions comprising mobile phones and tablets, related equipment, and operating and support services to Difis organisations and their employees.

The agreement will be entered into with Difi’s Department of Public Procurement and will be signed shortly after the closing date for submission of complaints, which is due 3 September 2018. The potential contract value is NOK 200 million excluding options, with the majority of the revenue effect expected from 2019. The contract duration is two years plus options for an additional two years with semi-annual renewal.

“Difi, which represents 185 public organisations and some 150,000 employees, has strict requirements when it comes to quality, security and cost efficiency. We are very happy with the agreement and the fact that we will provide Difi and the organisations and end-users they represent with our high-quality mobility offering. We believe that our sharp focus on mobile solutions and specialised competence make us a preferred provider”, says CEO Jens Haviken in Techstep.
