The earlier announced date was 15 February 2001. Tecnomen accelerates the preparation and publication of its financial statement to serve investors and the media better in a situation, where the original date coincided with the corresponding publication by several other listed companies. Other dates for Tecnomen Corporation's financial information remain unchanged. The Annual Report will be issued during week 13. Tecnomen's Annual General Meeting will be held on 17 May 2001.
