THE DEMERGER PROSPECTUS OF TECNOMEN´S PARENT COMPANY KYRO CORPORATION IS AVAILABLE The Prospectus concerning the demerger of Tecnomen´s parent company Kyro Corporation to New Kyro Corporation and Tecnomen Holding Corporation is available from 14 November 2000.
