Change in Tecnotree Corporation's Q1/2023 publication date

Tecnotree Corporation will, unlike previously announced on 17 December 2022, publish its Interim Report for January-March on Tuesday, 18 April 2023 (instead of 28 April 2023). Reason for the change in the publication date relates to Tecnotree’s Annual General Meeting in Helsinki on Wednesday, 19 April 2023. Tecnotree's management, including Chairman of the Board Neil Macleod, CEO Padma Ravichander, and CFO Indiresh Vivekananda, will be present at the company's first physical Annual General Meeting since the pandemic, in Helsinki. The company welcomes all its shareholders to participate in the meeting to facilitate investor engagement.
The publication dates of Interim Reports and Half year financial report in 2023 are as follows:
Interim Report 1-3/2023 on Tuesday, 18 April 2023 (new date)
Half year financial report 1-6/2023 Friday, 4 August 2023 (unchanged)
Interim Report 1-9/2023 on Friday, 27 October 2023 (unchanged)
