CORRECTION TO THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE VERSION OF THE STOCK EXCHANGE
RELEASE ISSUED AT 5.30 PM ON 24 MARCH 2004: DECISIONS OF ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS OF TECNOMEN CORPORATION

The English language version of the stock exchange release issued by
Tecnomen Corporation at 5.30 pm on 24 March 2004 contained the wrong
name for the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. At the
preliminary meeting of the Board, Carl-Johan Numelin was elected Vice
Chairman of the Board, not Keijo Olkkola.

This correction does not affect the original Finnish language version
of the release.
