CORRECTION TO THE STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASES

The stock exchange releases Tecnomen's IFRS financial statements 1  January  -  31
December 2005 and Tecnomen's Board of Director's proposals to the  Annual  General
Meeting are corrected as follows:

The dividend record date stated in the previous releases is incorrect.
The correct dividend record date is March 20, 2006.
