EXERCISES WITH STOCK OPTIONS OF TECNOMEN

Tecnomen's year 2002 stock option program is based on a resolution of Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders on April 11, 2002. One stock option entitles to
subscribe for one Tecnomen share having a nominal value of EUR 0.08. The
subscription time for 2002A stock options began on April 1, 2003, for 2002B stock
options on April 1, 2004 and for 2002C stock options on April 1, 2005. The
subscription price for A and B stock option is EUR 1.68 and for C stock option
EUR 0.46.

A total of 10,000 Tecnomen's shares were subscribed with A stock option rights,
by December 19, 2005. The made subscriptions will increase Tecnomen's share
capital by EUR 800. The share capital is after the increase EUR 4,664,702.24
dividing into 58,308,778 shares.

The increase in the share capital corresponding to the subscription is estimated
to enter into the Trade Register on December 29, 2005 and the shares to be listed
on the Helsinki Exchanges the day after the registration.
