Inside Information: Successful Allotment of Compulsorily Convertible Debentures

Following the release dated 22 June 2023, Tecnotree Corporation confirms the successful subscription and allotment of Compulsorily Convertible Debentures (CCDs).

In total, EUR 43.1 million worth of CCDs have been subscribed and allotted, corresponding to 431 CCDs, as per the terms outlined in the June 22nd announcement.
