NEW DIRECTOR OF GLOBAL SALES AND MARKETING OF TECNOMEN CORPORATION

Mr Eero Mertano has been appointed Director of Global Sales and
Marketing of Tecnomen Corporation as from 19 January 2004. Mr Mertano
will report to the President and CEO Mr Jarmo Niemi, and will be a
member of the company’s Management Board.

Before joining Tecnomen, Mr Mertano was with Add2Phone, a mobile
marketing and mobile mCRM technology development company. He has been
CEO there since 2002. From 1998-2000, he was CEO of Tecnomen’s
subsidiary in Brazil where he was responsible for the Latin American
market.
