NEW MANAGEMENT BOARD OF TECNOMEN

The new Management Board of Tecnomen Group has been nominated.

The composition of the Management Board as of September 15, 2003 is
the following:

-  Mr. Ilpo Uotila, President
-  Mrs. Riitta Järnstedt, Chief Financial Officer and Investor
   Relations
-  Mr. Timo Nykänen, Director, Messaging Solutions
-  Mr. Miika Reinikka, Director, Mobile Multimedia
-  Mr. Timo Kangas, Director, Intelligent Network Systems & Paging
-  Mr. Vesa Kemppainen, Director, Corporate Development

All members of the Management Board will report to the President. Mr.
Ilpo Uotila will also temporarily perform the duties of global sales
and marketing until the new Director of Global Sales and Marketing
has been nominated.
