New shares of Tecnotree Corporation registered with the trade register

TECNOTREE CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 8.4.2021 at 09.00 EET

A total of 8.000.000 new shares (the “New Shares”) issued in Tecnotree Corporation's (the “Company”) share issue to the Company itself without consideration have been registered with the Trade Register on 8.4.2021. Following the registration of the New Shares, the total number of the Company’s shares is 282,628,428 shares, of which 14,894,316 shares in total are held by the Company.

The New Shares will be admitted to trading together with the Company’s existing shares on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd on 9.4.2021.
