NOTIFICATION UNDER CHAPER 2, SECTION 9 OF THE MARKET SECURITIES ACT

Tecnomen Corporation has received notification of a change in share
ownership under section 9 of chapter 2 of the Finnish Securities
Market Act.

In a transaction on 3 March 2003, Fennogens Investments S.A has
acquired 1 535 000 Tecnomen Corporation shares (2.64 %). When added 
to the 1 952 092 Tecnomen shares (3.36 %) already owned by Geveles Oy, 
a fully-owned subsidiary of Fennogens Investments S.A, this raises the
total holding of Fennogens Group to 3 487 092 shares, or 6 per cent of
Tecnomen Corporation’s shares.
