NOTIFICATION UNDER CHAPTER 2, SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Tecnomen Corporation has received a notification of a change in holdings under
section 10 of chapter 2 of the Securities Markets Act.

The holdings of Osuuspankkikeskus, its subsidiary companies and investments funds
controlled by the subsidiary companies of Osuuspankkikeskus is exceeded one
twentieth 1/20 of the share capital of Tecnomen Corporation.

The total holdings of Osuuspankkikeskus, its subsidiary companies and investments
funds administered by the subsidiary companies of Osuuspankkikeskus in Tecnomen
Corporation has increased up to 3,612,162 shares representing 6.2 per cent of the
share capital and voting rights in Tecnomen Corporation.
