NOTIFICATION UNDER CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Tecnomen Corporation has received a notification of a change in holdings under
section 10 of chapter 2 of the Securities Markets Act.

The holdings of Osuuspankkikeskus Osk, its subsidiary companies and the
investment funds owned by the said subsidiary companies are reduced being less
than 5 per cent of the share capital of Tecnomen Corporation.

The total holdings of Osuuspankkikeskus Osk, its subsidiary companies and
investment funds administered by OP and Pohjola Rahastoyhtiöt have decreased to
2,879,162 shares representing 4.94 per cent of the share capital and voting
rights in Tecnomen Corporation.
