NOTIFICATION UNDER CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT

Tecnomen Corporation has received a notification of a change in holdings under
section 10 of chapter 2 of the Securities Markets Act.

The holdings of JPMorgan Chase & Co, its subsidiary company and investments funds
has decreased to one twentieth (1/20) of the share capital of Tecnomen
Corporation.

The total holdings of JPMorgan Chase & Co, its subsidiary company and investments
funds has decreased to 1,752,507 shares representing 3.0 per cent of the share
capital and voting rights in Tecnomen Corporation.
