SUBSCRIPTION FOR TECNOMEN SHARES BY EXERCISING THE YEAR 2002 STOCK OPTIONS

Tecnomen's year 2002 stock option program is based on a resolution of Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders on April 11, 2002. One stock option entitles to
subscribe for one Tecnomen Corp. share having a nominal value of EUR 0.08. The
subscription price for 2002A and 2002B stock option is EUR 1.66, for 2002C stock
option EUR 0.44 and for 2002D stock option EUR 1.31. The share subscription price
has been deducted with the payment of dividend of EUR 0.02.

After the increase in the share capital registered on 29.12.2005, a total of
240 800 Tecnomen shares were subscribed for the basis of the 2002A stock options,
a total of 78 000 Tecnomen shares for the basis of the 2002B stock options, a total
of 90 500 Tecnomen shares for the basis of the 2002C stock options and total of
252.500 Tecnomen shares for the basis of the 2002D stock options. The made
subscriptions will increase Tecnomen's share capital by EUR 52,944. The share
capital is after the increase EUR 4,717,646.24 dividing into 58 970 578 shares.

The increase in the share capital as a consequence of these subscriptions is
estimated to enter into the Trade Register on June 16, 2006 and the shares to be
listed on the Helsinki Exchanges the day after the registration.
