SWISSCOM MOBILE AG HARMONISES ITS SERVICE PORTFOLIO VIA TECNOMEN MESSAGING SYSTEM
EXPANSION

Tecnomen has signed a contract to deliver a Messaging System expansion to
Swisscom Mobile AG in Switzerland.

The Tecnomen Messaging System expansion enables Swisscom to provide identical
services for both mobile and fixed network subscribers. The modularity of
Tecnomen's system also secures the cost effectiveness of future expansions. In
addition, the new Messaging System enables Swisscom to extend its service
offering to fixed network subscribers with other voice services such as Missed
Call Notice.

We see this delivery as continuation of our good cooperation with Swisscom. This
delivery further strengthens Tecnomen's position as a leading Messaging supplier
