TECNOMEN CORPORATION DISPOSES OF ITS SHARES

Tecnomen Corporation has disposed of some of its own shares as
consideration in a transaction in which Tecnomen Corporation purchased
the entire share stock of Krocus Communications Oy on 23 April 2003.
Krocus Communications Oy merged with Tecnomen Corporation on 30
November 2003. The disposal of the company’s shares is based on the
authorisation given by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on
24 March 2004.

The value of the shares disposed of is based on the value stated in
the contract for the acquisition of Krocus Communications Oy
(1 euro/share). These shares account for 0.23% of the entire share
stock of Tecnomen Corporation.

Number of shares: 132,000

The number of the company’s shares held by Tecnomen after this
disposal is 268,000.
