TECNOMEN DELIVERS MESSAGING SYSTEM TO MOBILE TELESYSTEMS IN RUSSIA Tecnomen has signed an agreement to deliver Messaging System to Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) in Russia. Implementation is scheduled for the third quarter of 2005. MTS is the largest mobile operator in Russia and the CIS with a subscriber base exceeding 46 million. With the contracted system MTS will provide messaging services for over more than 1 million subscribers in Russian Volga region. Tecnomen Messaging System enables MTS for provide to its customers a wide range of easy-to-use services e.g. Voice and Fax Mail, Missed Call Notice and Intelligent Callback. "The Russian and the CIS markets have great potential for Tecnomen's solutions. This contract strengthens our position in these growing markets and we expect to expand our business further", says Area Director Ari Paganus. The Russian mobile market has been growing rapidly and the total mobile subscriptions count has exceeded 100 million. The mobile penetration in Russia is expected to reach 80% by the end of this year.
