TECNOMEN DELIVERS NEXT GENERATION MESSAGING SYSTEM TO AMC IN ALBANIA

Albanian Mobile Communications (AMC), the leading operator in Albania, has
selected Tecnomen to upgrade its current system to Next Generation Messaging
system.

Upgrading the existing Tecnomen messaging platform provides a new range of value
added services for AMC's voice mail solution. The easy-to-use package of features
includes Missed Call Notice/ iCalled for all subscribers. Intelligent Call Back
and Fax Mail are targeted to be used by selected end-user segments.

Missed Call Notice
Missed Call Notice alerts subscribers about calls that are diverted to voice mail
and the caller does not leave a message. Missed Call Notice keeps track of missed
calls, noting the caller's number, and the time and date of the call, and
delivers this information by SMS. Missed Call Notice also keeps track of the
number of times the person has called as well as information about the first and
last calls made. This easy-to-use service is an addition to the phone's missed
call function as notification is provided even if the phone is out of coverage or
turned off, or if the line is busy.

iCalled
iCalled is a service for mobile phone subscribers who do not have a voice
mailbox. When they cannot be reached, a service that maintains a list of the
numbers of all callers is activated. Subscribers receive a list of all missed
calls in an SM when their handsets are once again reachable.

Intelligent Call Back
With Intelligent Call Back, subscribers can return calls immediately without
disconnecting from their voice mail. They automatically return to their voice
mail session once the call is completed.

Fax Mail
Fax Mail is a supplementary voice mail service for receiving and storing fax
messages. Subscribers can choose to have their faxes sent immediately to any fax
machine anywhere in the world, or they can store them and retrieve them later.
Fax Mail is a particularly useful tool for business people who travel a lot and
need to be reachable wherever they are.
