TECNOMEN DELIVERS PMR MESSAGING SYSTEM TO DUBAI GOVERNMENT IN UNITED ARAB EMIRATES Tecnomen delivers a PMR (Professional Mobile Radio) Messaging system to Dubai Government in the United Arab Emirates. The delivery contains the Voice and Unified Messaging System and Short Data Service Centre (SDSC). The system will be delivered on the fourth quarter of 2005. Tecnomen PMR Messaging provides a wide range of voice, unified and short messaging services for TETRA networks. Tecnomen's modular messaging service concept and flexible system architecture enables operators to choose the services and features that meet TETRA subscribers' needs. Dubai Governments operates one of UAE's TETRA networks in Dubai and Northern Emirates. The network is used for public authorities.
