TECNOMEN DELIVERS PREPAID SYSTEM EXPANSION TO CTE TELECOM PERSONAL IN EL SALVADOR CTE Telecom Personal in El Salvador has awarded a Prepaid System expansion contract to Tecnomen. CTE has been using Tecnomen's Prepaid System in its GSM and Fixed Line operation since 2004. The implementation of the system is completed during the third quarter of 2005. "This expansion will increase the capacity and functionality of CTE´s Prepaid System and allows deployment of new services to their growing customer base", says Mr Oscar Fernandez, Managing Director, Tecnomen Latin America. "The expansion strengthens Tecnomen´s position in Central America, where telecommunications is experiencing significant development. Market is growing strongly and new services are being introduced to mobile phone users." Tecnomen Prepaid utilises Tecnomen's extensive experience in the provision of Intelligent Network (IN) prepaid solutions to deliver cost effective, redundant, scalable and standard compliant solutions at the highest level.
