TECNOMEN FORMS A VENTURES-UNIT

Tecnomen has introduced a new function in it's organisation, Tecnomen Ventures.
This unit will focus on seeking for new growth possibilities for Tecnomen.

Mr Timo Nykänen, MSc (Eng) has been appointed as Vice President of Tecnomen
Ventures. Before this, he worked as Director of Messaging business in Tecnomen.
Timo Nykänen will be a member of Tecnomen Corporation Management Board, and he
will report to the President and CEO Mr Jarmo Niemi. This takes effect as from 2
December 2005.

Mr Eero Mertano, Vp Sales, Mr Vesa Kemppainen, COO Operations and Ms Riitta
Järnstedt, CFO continue as Management Board members of Tecnomen Corp.
