TECNOMEN HAS ENTERED INTO A MULTIMEDIA MESSAGING CENTRE (MMSC) PRODUCT
COOPERATION AGREEMENT

Tecnomen has expanded its current cooperation with Jinny Software Ltd to
encompass MMSC products. This collaboration is derived from Tecnomen's decision
to discontinue its own MMSC product development. In the future Jinny will provide
Tecnomen with both MMSC and SMSC related product development services and product
support services.

This arrangement ensures the uninterrupted maintenance of current Tecnomen MMSC
products and broadens Tecnomen's MMSC product and service portfolio offering
towards its customers. The said agreement increases cooperation between the two
parties, which commenced in 2003 in the form of Short Messages Service Centre
(SMSC) sales cooperation.

Tecnomen MMSC development employs around 20 people in Finland and Ireland. The
majority of these employees will move to other duties inside the company.

The arrangement is in line with Tecnomen strategy, according to which Tecnomen
focuses its product development resources on its core products, and deepens its
partnerships in other complementary product areas.
