THE COMPANY CODE AND TRADING CODE WILL CHANGE AS OF 1 JUNE 2004
 
The trading codes of Tecnomen Oyj will change and will be valid 
in the Helsinki Exchanges' HETI trading system as of 1 June 2004.

There will be no After market trading II with the shares  
of the company on Tuesday morning 1 June 2004.
