TECNOMEN RECEIVED EUR 2.3 MILLION ORDER FROM SIEMENS IN INDONESIA

Tecnomen has been selected by Siemens to deliver a Messaging solution in
Indonesia. The contract includes Tecnomen's Voice Messaging System, Multimedia
Messaging Service Centre and Short Messaging Service Centre. The delivery project
is scheduled for the first half of 2006.

solutions to numerous customers, and this contract strengthens our position as it
expands our partnership to include Indonesia." says Matti Kakko, Managing
