TECNOMEN RECEIVES A MAJOR MESSAGING EXPANSION ORDER FROM CLARO IN BRAZIL

Tecnomen has signed an agreement to supply Messaging System expansions to Telecom
Américas' CLARO operators in Brazil: Americel, ATL, Telet, Tess and Stemar.

CLARO is a leading player in the highly competitive Brazilian mobile market.
All five subsidiaries are already using Tecnomen's messaging solutions. These
expansions will allow them to extend their customer base, as well as offer
messaging services to both new and existing customers, enabling them to promote
customer loyalty and increase revenues.
