TECNOMEN RECEIVES PREPAID EXPANSION ORDER FROM AMÉRICA MÓVIL'S SUBSIDIARY IN
HONDURAS

Aló-Megatel, a subsidiary of América Móvil in Honduras, has awarded a Prepaid
System expansion contract to Tecnomen.

Since its debut in November 2003, Aló-Megatel has signed up more than 250,000
mobile subscribers in Honduras. This Prepaid System expansion strenghtens Aló-
Megatel's position in Honduras and enables Aló-Megatel to extend service offering
to its customers.

"This deal is important for Tecnomen, it consolidates our presence in Central
America market ensuring successful growth in the area" says Mr Oscar Fernandez,
Managing Director, Tecnomen Latin America. "Tecnomen is committed to Central
America region as one of the top prepaid areas in Latin America region with a
significant potential to develop further".

Tecnomen Prepaid utilises Tecnomen's extensive experience in the provision of
Intelligent Network (IN) prepaid solutions to deliver cost effective, redundant,
scalable and standard compliant solutions at the highest level. Tecnomen Prepaid
does not impose any restrictions on mobile terminals or SIM cards, and supports
the simultaneous use of different bearer network standards (e.g. GSM, TDMA,
CDMA). This is an important feature in markets where several network standards
are in use, such as in many Latin American countries.
