TECNOMEN RECEIVES USD 15.4 MILLION PREPAID EXPANSION ORDER FROM AMÉRICA MÓVIL'S
SUBSIDIARY IN ARGENTINA


CTI, a subsidiary of América Móvil in Argentina, has awarded a major Prepaid
system expansion contract to Tecnomen. Delivery of the expansion is scheduled for
the first half of 2006.
