TECNOMEN RECEIVES USD 2.3 MILLION PREPAID EXPANSION ORDER FROM TELEMIG CELULAR IN
BRAZIL

Tecnomen has received a prepaid expansion order from Telemig Celular in Brazil.
Delivery of the expansion will start in June 2006. The prepaid expansion will
increase the capacity of the existing system and will provide enhanced services
to both new and existing customers, improving customer loyalty and increasing
revenues.

place, making them a key customer in the Brazilian market and, in fact,
throughout entire Latin American market. By closing this deal we will strengthen

since the beginning of their prepaid operations, launching new innovative prepaid
products, services and promotions increasing revenues and reducing the churn. We

Tecnomen Charging solution provides functionality for prepaid and post-paid
billing, charging and rating of voice calls, video calls, data traffic and any
kind of content services in both mobile and fixed networks. The solution has been
pre-integrated with network equipment from the leading network vendors, and
supports the simultaneous use of different bearer network standards.

Minas Gerais state's largest mobile phone company Telemig Celular posted record
profits of 174mn reais (US$81mn) in 2005, up from 159mn reais in 2004. Telemig
also reported gross revenues of 1.58bn reais, up from 1.54bn reais in 2004.
