TECNOMEN RENEWS ITS ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE

The new organization for Tecnomen consists of two business units Charging and
Messaging and Finance and Administration unit.

The change will simplify the existing organization and make more effective use of
resources. The new organization takes effect as from 1 October 2006.

Tecnomen's new management board comprises the President & CEO and 3 other
members:

Mr. Eero Mertano, Vice President, Charging
Mr. Miika Reinikka, Vice President, Messaging
Mr. Tuomas Wegelius, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Finance and Administration.
