TECNOMENS CEO CHANGES
Tecnomens chief executive officer, Mr. Vesa Helkkula, is terminating
his duties as of August 1, 2003. Helkkula continues to act in special
commission of Tecnomens Board.
Tecnomens Board has started to search for a new CEO. Mr. Ilpo Uotila,
the managing director of Covar Oy, a company providing management and
consulting services, has been appointed interim CEO of the company as
of today. He will perform the duties of Tecnomens CEO until the new
CEO has been nominated.
