TECNOMEN’S FINANCIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Tecnomen Corporation will publish its financial statements for 2003 on
Wednesday 11 February 2004.

In 2004 Tecnomen’s Interim Reports will be released according to the
following schedule:

- 1-3/2004   Wednesday 28 April 2004
- 1-6/2004   Wednesday 11 August 2004
- 1-9/2004   Wednesday 27 October 2004

A briefing will be held for analysts and media after the publication
of these reports.

Financial reports will also be published on www.tecnomen.com.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Tecnomen’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 24 March
2004 in Helsinki, Finland.
