TECNOMEN'S FINANCIAL ANNOUNCEMENTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Tecnomen Corporation will publish its financial statements for 2005 on Tuesday 14
February 2006.

In 2006 Tecnomen's Interim Reports will be released according to the following
schedule:

- 1-3/2006       Wednesday 26 April
- 1-6/2006       Tuesday 15 August
- 1-9/2006       Tuesday 24 October

A briefing will be held for analysts and media after the publication of these
reports.

Tecnomen publishes financial information in English and Finnish. All releases are
posted in full on Tecnomen's website www.tecnomen.com/investor as soon as they
are published.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Tecnomen's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 15 March 2006 in
Helsinki, Finland.
